Help Make Our Community Health Screening & Wellness Fair a Success
This free event is designed to connect community members with valuable health screenings, wellness education, and local resources that support healthier living.
By participating, you’ll have the opportunity to meet local families, share your services, answer questions, and build lasting community connections.
What We Ask
Participating organizations are asked to:
- Staff their booth throughout the event
- Share educational information about their services
- Engage with attendees in a welcoming and informative manner
- Bring brochures, handouts, or other informational materials
Interactive demonstrations, health education activities, and giveaways are encouraged but optional.

Absolutely! Educational materials, promotional items, and giveaways are welcome, provided they are appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

How do I register?
Simply complete the Community Partner Registration Form. Once we receive your submission, we’ll follow up with confirmation and next steps.
How many staff members can we bring?
You’re welcome to bring enough team members to comfortably staff your booth throughout the event. Please indicate the number of representatives on your registration form.
Who can participate?
We welcome healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, community agencies, educational organizations, and businesses that offer services or resources that benefit the health and well-being of our community.
What kind of event is this?
This is a free Health Screening Fair where attendees can receive health screenings, learn about healthy living, and connect with local organizations and services.
When will I receive event details?
After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with important information, including event location, setup times, parking instructions, and other event logistics.
Will electricity be available?
If your booth requires electricity, please indicate your needs on the registration form. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests based on the venue.
Can we sell products or services?
No. This event is intended to provide free health education, resources, and community connections. To ensure a consistent experience for all attendees, the sale of products or services is not permitted during the event.
Can we promote our organization?
Yes! We encourage you to share information about your services, programs, and resources. This is a great opportunity to connect with community members and raise awareness about what you offer.
What will my organization do?
You’ll have a booth where you can meet attendees, answer questions, share information about your services, and distribute educational materials. Interactive activities and demonstrations are encouraged but not required.
Is there a cost to participate?
No. Booth space is provided free of charge.
